Penny Woloszyn Biography

Penny is a life long resident of Broome and Tioga Counties, she is extremely energetic and detail oriented.  She has owned her own business in Tioga County and has been invloved in the local housing market since 1997.  As a business and home owner she knows the imprtance of living in a community that works best for you and will use her knowledge of the local are to help you find the a home that is right for you or help you sell your existing home.
