Linda has worked here locally, for 32 years, in the Real Estate Field, and handled over 4,500 real estate closings. For 21 years, she worked for local real estate attorneys, as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal, conducting closings, & representing Sellers, Buyers, & several Banks and Relocation Companies, and as a Closer & Notary Public for a mortgage company. Also, she was a Title Searcher in Broome and Tioga Counties for the majority of those 21 years.
She has worked the last 11 years for real estate offices as the Office Manager for Advantage Realty/Nicholas Sbarra, and was the Advertising/Marketing Manager of Exit Realty Homeward Bound, for the first 5 years of our Franchise.
She has been a Licensed Notary Public, since 1977. She obtained her Associate Broker's License. Her Husband, HARLEY BENNETT, also completed the Salesperson Training and Broker's Training, and now works as her Real Estate Assistant. They sold real estate for 6 years, as the "Spouses Selling Houses". Linda is ready to show you any house on the market, at your convenience, and they are both ready to work for you!
