Linda has worked here locally, for 34 years, in the Real Estate Field, and handled over 4,000 real estate closings. For 22 years, she worked for local real estate attorneys, as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal, conducting closings, & representing Sellers, Buyers, & several Banks and Relocation Companies, and as a Closer & Notary Public for a mortgage company. Also, she was a Title Searcher in Broome and Tioga Counties for the majority of those 22 years.
She has worked the last 12 years for real estate offices as the Office Manager for Advantage Realty/Nicholas Sbarra, and was the Advertising/Marketing Manager of Exit Realty Homeward Bound, for the first 5 years of our Franchise.
She has been a Licensed Notary Public, since 1977. She obtained her Associate Broker's License. Her Husband, Harley Bennett, also completed the Salesperson Training and Broker's Training. They sold real estate for 6 years, as "Spouses Selling Houses".
