Bob began his real estate career in 1983 and has represented numerous buyers and sellers throughout the 1980's and most of the 1990's until he took a temporary leave from the real estate profession to pursue other opportunities. In January 2008, Bob returned to his real estate profession as an Associate Real Estate Broker with the professional real estate firm of Trevitt Realtors. Today, with two decades of experience, Bob continues to build his reputation and remains dedicated to serving members of the Greater Binghamton community and surrounding areas with Exit Realty Homeward Bound.

Bob has a Degree in Business Marketing and Management, as well as Business Information Systems. He has also completed numerous professional real estate courses including but not limited to subjects such as appraisal, advertising, property taxes and construction. Bob has also achieved recognition by earning the National Association of Realtors Green Designation, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and has also earned his CNE certification (Certified Negotiation Expert).

With a strong commitment to community, Bob has supported and volunteered with many local organizations. Bob has served as a Cub Scout Den Leader and Assistant Little League coach in Vestal during the 1980's. In the 1990's, Bob coached a Town of Union youth T-ball team for several years and then assisted with Endwell Little League and softball, as well as Endicott girls softball. He was also very involved with the Union Aquatic swim club. Today, Bob continues to volunteer with several local organizations and his church to assist and promote community events.
